Who We Are

Bob Gill, Lead Agent
 has over 30 years experience in real estate consulting, new home construction, and residential remodeling. Prior to joining Keller Williams in April, 2007, he was affiliated with Coldwell Banker and DeWolfe Real Estate in New Centre. As a native of Boston, Bob is very familiar with real estate trends in the greater Boston area in addition to Newton. Bob and his wife, Ginny have made 13 personal moves, which translates to 26 real estate transactions. So we can honest say we have “walked in your shoes”. Bob sits on several non-profit organization boards both locally and nationally.

Ginny Gill, Team Agent, has worked in real estate since 2001 and was named the #1 agent at her Coldwell Banker office in Newton in 2006. She brings many years of strong customer service from the health care industry to the Keller Williams team. As a native of Newton, she is familiar with the unique amenities offered in each of the 13 villages located in the Newton community. Ginny compliments the broad skill base of the team with many years of interior design experience which has proven to be invaluable to our clients.


Matthew Rines, Team Buyer’s Agent, joined our team in April 2019. Matthew studied law and business at Quinnipiac University and proceeded to work as a paralegal in a fast paced law firm. In 2017, he got the real estate bug and with the encouragement of family and friends studied for his real estate license. Matthew’s methodical approach and first hand experience in all ends of a closing, from offer through post-closing transactions, is appreciated by buyers to help them through many steps of purchasing a home.

Kathy Arnold, Director of Operations, joined Gill Group in 2012 and manages the day to day operations for our team. She brings to our team over 30 years of corporate experience in marketing, customer service and sales support. Her attention to detail is invaluable in assisting our clients through the many steps of buying and selling a home. Kathy is a licensed agent, a lifelong resident of the South Shore, and works out of the Keller Williams Braintree Office.

Suzanne Larocque, Director of Marketing, joined our team in May 2018. She is a creative professional with over 16 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, and Photography. She brings a collaborative and innovative approach to our team. She has served several organizations focused on the advancement of women in business. Suzanne is also a graduate of the Leadership Institute for Political and Public Impact through the Women’s Fund.
